What you will do

• Execute the Nordics go-to-market strategy to drive new business and establish market presence.
• Build trusted relationships with CISOs, CTOs, and Heads of Cloud to connect platform value to business outcomes.
• Manage complex full-cycle enterprise sales processes from qualification and evaluation to closing.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless buying experience.
• Develop the regional ecosystem by building partnerships with channel providers and cloud platforms.
• Maintain a disciplined pipeline with accurate, data-driven forecasting.

Requirements

• Proven track record of closing large, complex enterprise deals across EMEA.
• Category expertise in selling cybersecurity, cloud, or DevOps solutions to technical and C-level buyers.
• Consistent history of exceeding quotas at fast-scaling technology companies.
• Fluency in structured sales methodologies, specifically MEDDPICC.
• Strong executive presence with exceptional storytelling and negotiation skills.
• Entrepreneurial builder's mindset and high level of operational discipline.
