What you will do

• Execute clinical vision and strategy in partnership with the medical group President, including performance and leadership development expectations
• Directly manage and develop Clinical Leads; drive accountability for patient satisfaction, documentation, response time, quality, and productivity
• Implement and monitor QA programs, clinical review processes, evidence-based standards, and clinical SOPs/guidelines
• Chair the Credentialing Committee and serve as a collaborating/supervising physician for nurse practitioners where required
• Provide direct patient care to cover staffing gaps and support a 1-in-2 rotating administrative on-call schedule
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance to scale safe AI integration into clinical care

Requirements

• MD or DO degree
• Active, unrestricted medical license with ability to obtain/maintain licensure in all 50 states plus D.C.
• Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or an equivalent primary care specialty
• 10+ years of clinical practice experience as a practicing primary care physician
• 5–7+ years of people leadership or clinical supervisory experience managing clinical teams at scale
• Based in the United States and able to provide active, on-platform clinical care
