What you will do

• Drive execution of early-stage technology initiatives aligned with corporate strategy and clinical priorities.
• Translate innovation strategy into actionable workstreams, feasibility studies, and validation programs.
• Lead the development of investment-grade Product Concept Documents for new product verticals.
• Act as a key integrator across Product, R&D, Science, Regulatory, and Commercial organizations.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, AI capabilities, and digital biomarkers for potential partnership or acquisition.
• Manage the Advanced Technology portfolio budget, headcount, and milestone delivery.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• 15+ years of leadership experience in medtech, digital health, or healthcare AI (12+ with Master's, 8+ with PhD/MD).
• Deep background in technology innovation, product management, or program leadership.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows, cardiovascular diagnostics, and foundation models.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decision-making across competing priorities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in ambiguity.

• Cardiovascular industry experience.
• Proficiency with modern AI tools, including LLMs and agentic systems.
• Experience designing agentic workflows and rapid prototyping.
