What you will do

• Lead discovery and design of enterprise AI architectures that translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Define AI strategy, roadmaps, and reference architectures to reduce technical risk and align with business objectives.
• Oversee implementation of ML pipelines, GenAI/LLM systems, and data platforms.
• Mentor cross-functional teams, conduct architecture reviews, and enforce engineering standards.
• Engage executive stakeholders to translate complex AI concepts into business value and support presales.
• Establish AI governance frameworks, including model lifecycle management and responsible AI practices.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA (EST or CST TimeZone).
• Deep expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and Generative AI/LLMs.
• Proficiency in Python, ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and cloud AI platforms (Azure AI, Vertex AI, AWS SageMaker).
• Strong solution architecture capabilities across data, model, and application layers.
• Experience leading client workshops and roadmap development with strong executive communication skills.
• Healthcare domain knowledge (FHIR, HL7, EHR/EMR) and familiarity with regulated environments (HIPAA, GDPR).
