What you will do

• Design and deploy agentic AI workflows, multi-agent systems, RAG applications, and automation solutions across R&D, Engineering, Professional Services, IT, Finance, Sales, and Marketing.
• Build production-grade systems using modern tools like Codex, Claude Code, Gemini, LangChain, LangGraph, and LlamaIndex.
• Own end-to-end delivery: translate business problems into AI systems, develop prompt engineering, orchestration, APIs, data pipelines, testing, and monitoring.
• Drive high-velocity execution with weekly/bi-weekly releases, prioritizing by ROI, feasibility, and speed to value.
• Contribute to scalable AI foundations: reusable prompts, agent patterns, integration utilities, security standards, and responsible AI practices.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a small team of AI engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• 6–10+ years software engineering with recent hands-on AI/LLM systems, agentic workflows, and production automation.
• Strong experience with Codex, Claude Code, Gemini, NotebookLM (or similar), LangChain/LangGraph/LlamaIndex.
• Proficiency in Python, API development, system integration, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Nice to have

• Experience with RAG architectures, vector databases, AI evaluation, guardrails, monitoring.
• Workflow automation tools, enterprise integrations, regulated environments (life sciences, healthcare).
• Familiarity with clinical data, CDISC standards, clinical workflows, high-growth SaaS.
