What you will do

• Lead, manage, and mentor a distributed engineering team while fostering a culture of technical excellence.
• Own the technical strategy and roadmap for AI platforms, applications, and agents.
• Design scalable data, retrieval, and semantic architectures for complex healthcare data.
• Drive MLOps best practices for model serving, inference optimization, and production monitoring.
• Partner with Product, Data Science, and Clinical Operations to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Define engineering quality metrics and ensure HIPAA-compliant platform design.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience building and scaling production AI-powered applications and platforms.
• Expertise in machine learning infrastructure, model deployment, and operational excellence.
• Strong background in designing scalable data architectures and distributed systems.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
