What you will do

• Partner with business owners and RTEs to define scope, success metrics, and transition-to-run plans.
• Maintain a live repository for dependencies, cost drivers, and regulatory exposure to perform impact and risk analysis.
• Promote data governance, telemetry, and pragmatic AI practices across product lines.
• Curate reference capabilities and integration principles to coach solution and software architects.
• Define and report outcome measures such as lead time, reliability, and risk reduction for executive visibility.
• Ensure traceability from strategy to capabilities and portfolio items using Jira and Jira Align.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil
• Mastery in system architecture with a focus on capability mapping and target-state design.
• Hands-on experience with architectural tools and SAFe/Lean Portfolio frameworks.
• Strong background in information architecture, data governance, and risk/compliance management.
• Experience in platform assessment, integration, and AI adoption strategies.
• English proficiency level of B2 or higher required
