What you will do

• Act as the principal Technical Authority for technical design decisions, escalations, and trade-offs.
• Design datacenters, including the analysis of power and cooling requirements for current and future states.
• Develop software architecture and ensure optimal performance of software running on datacenter hardware.
• Scale GPU clusters from hundreds to tens of thousands of units.
• Define and implement a comprehensive technical roadmap to meet key business objectives.
• Oversee and run large-scale infrastructure programs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in datacenter design, specifically regarding power and cooling requirements.
• Strong expertise in software architecture for infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience scaling GPU infrastructure to 10,000+ units.
• Experience managing and delivering large-scale infrastructure programs.
• Ability to optimize workforce workloads effectively to prevent engineering burnout.
• Must be based in Texas, United States (Hybrid)
