What you will do

• Define and evolve the enterprise architecture vision, operating model, and strategic technology roadmap.
• Lead enterprise-wide initiatives spanning cloud transformation, application rationalization, and AI adoption.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, influencing investment decisions and digital transformation.
• Chair executive architecture governance boards and establish enterprise-wide technology standards.
• Build and mentor a high-performing architecture organization through strategic talent development.
• Oversee technical risk management, portfolio health, and the reduction of technical debt.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, software engineering, or technology leadership.
• 8+ years of experience leading enterprise architecture organizations or multiple architecture disciplines.
• Proven success in developing enterprise technology strategies and executing large-scale digital transformation.
• Extensive knowledge of cloud platforms, data architecture, cybersecurity, and modern software delivery.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and possess a valid driver's license for business travel.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Enterprise Architecture certifications (TOGAF, Gartner, Zachman).
• Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience in telecommunications or highly regulated industries.
• Experience with Agile, DevSecOps, and enterprise portfolio management.
