Solution Architect (Data Management)

TL;DR

Solution Architect (Data Management): Owning end-to-end solution design for strategic customers on the hirify.global ONE platform with an accent on data quality, MDM, and governance. Focus on translating complex business requirements into scalable architectures, acting as a technical authority, and supporting presales and delivery teams across EMEA and APAC.

Location: Must be based in the UK or wider EMEA with eligibility to work in the region.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end solution design for assigned strategic customers throughout the entire journey.
• Translate business requirements into high-performance, scalable designs on the hirify.global ONE platform.
• Act as the primary technical authority for architectural guidance and deployment patterns.
• Support presales with complex POCs and scoping, and assist customer success with risk mitigation and issue resolution.
• Develop reusable best practices, accelerators, and documentation to enable wider teams.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to provide feedback on customer-driven requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical or architecture role within data management.
• Hands-on expertise in Data Quality, MDM, or Data Governance tooling in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong data management foundations including relational databases, data warehouses, and lakes with advanced SQL skills.
• Proficiency in logical/conceptual data modeling and solution design.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data exchange formats (XML, SOAP, REST, JSON).
• Excellent written and verbal English and willingness to travel occasionally.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated industries like Financial Services, Insurance, or Life Sciences.
• Background working for a software vendor, SaaS provider, or professional services organization.
• Familiarity with Hadoop, Spark, NoSQL, Kafka, Snowflake, or Databricks.
• Programming skills in Python or other languages.
