What you will do

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and facilitate Kaizen events across manufacturing operations.
• Collect and analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
• Develop and execute capacity and production planning strategies.
• Lead facility layout, assembly line, and material flow design projects.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing tools including 5S, standardized work, and kanban systems.
• Provide Lean training and mentorship to production teams and support supplier audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of industrial or manufacturing continuous improvement experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States (E-Verify participation required).
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and structured problem-solving tools like A3, 5 Why’s, and PDCA.
• Experience leading process improvement projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow AS9100, safety, and configuration control requirements.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Visio.
• Working knowledge of statistical analysis and process capability methods.
