Salary: $130,000 - $145,000 plus annual bonus

What you will do

• Lead network-wide efficiency initiatives to improve cost structure, labor margin, and operational throughput.
• Conduct time studies, labor analyses, and process mapping to refine labor standards and workflow.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and SMED methodologies.
• Build and maintain operational dashboards in tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support new product innovation and operational feasibility.
• Spend significant time on the production floor to observe processes and troubleshoot issues in real-time.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain required.
• 5-8+ years of progressive experience in operations, manufacturing, or industrial engineering.
• Strong industrial engineering toolkit including time studies, line balancing, and layout optimization.
• Proven ability to build financial models and quantify ROI for operational projects.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization platforms.
• Must be comfortable working onsite in Cranford, NJ.

Nice to have

• Master's degree or MBA.
• Experience in food, CPG, or e-commerce fulfillment environments.
• Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, FSMA, and OSHA standards.
