What you will do

• Conduct supplier assessments and audits to evaluate quality systems and capabilities.
• Manage non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Review and approve critical supplier documentation, including PPAP submissions, control plans, and FMEAs.
• Drive the "Zero Defect" journey utilizing AS9145 concepts.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and manufacturing for smooth New Product Introduction (NPI).
• Perform root cause analysis of quality issues and optimize supplier performance through data analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Supplier Quality or QA within aerospace or similarly regulated industries (e.g., automotive, medical).
• Proficiency with AS9100 standards and quality tools (8D, 5 Why, FMEA, PPAP, SPC).
• Strong understanding of GD&T and inspection methods.
• Authorization to access U.S. export-controlled information.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Nice to have

• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• AS9100 Lead Auditor certification.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and statistical software like Minitab.
