IT Administrator (Medtech)

What you will do

• Provide onsite technical support for users and warehouse equipment at the Virginia Distribution Center.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, including repair, replacement, and setup.
• Manage the provisioning and deprovisioning of users and devices.
• Maintain Mobile Device Management (MDM) for iOS and Android devices using Jamf and Intune.
• Configure systems according to IT processes and standards and assist with physical site equipment installs.
• Manage support channels, log tickets, and maintain clear documentation.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Virginia (Ashland/Richmond).
• Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and common enterprise software.
• Familiarity with Mac and Windows operating systems.
• Hands-on experience supporting Zebra printers, including setup, network connectivity, and troubleshooting.
• Prior experience with MDM tools like Jamf and Intune.
• Strong communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks independently.

Nice to have

• Experience with ticketing systems such as Zendesk, Jira, or ServiceNow.
• Experience working with SaaS tools or enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with networking or a Network+ certification.
