Location: Remote (US). Occasional travel to NYC HQ (up to 25%) is expected.

Salary: $325,000 - $395,000 base + commission

What you will do

• Lead retention and upselling strategies for jumbo employer clients with 5,000+ lives.
• Act as a trusted strategic partner for clients on plan design and cost-trend reduction.
• Establish and manage high-level relationships with strategic brokers and corporate clients.
• Monitor overall client health and execute strategic plans to proactively address account risks.
• Partner with product, data, and tech teams to deliver customized ROI reports and presentations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in commercially-oriented account management or sales within the employee benefits space.
• Must be based in the US (indicated by 401k and US health benefits).
• Deep expertise in health plan design and benefits strategy for jumbo employer clients.
• Proven track record of achieving retention and upsell targets year over year.
• Ability to operate with urgency and accountability in a fast-paced startup environment.
