Salary: $130,000 - $210,000 Annual

What you will do

• Set portfolio growth strategies and translate them into annual operating plans with clear initiatives and performance targets.
• Serve as the executive relationship leader for key strategic accounts to drive utilization, purchase volume, and enrollments.
• Lead enrollment criteria and policy optimization in collaboration with Risk, Credit, and Compliance teams.
• Develop scalable segmentation playbooks to identify repeatable growth levers across national and mid-market segments.
• Drive contract performance and retention through strategic renewal negotiations and pricing reviews.
• Manage and develop a dispersed team of Strategic and National Account Managers.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required (no sponsorship provided).
• 5+ years of experience in financial services, payments, lending, or B2B client management.
• 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years of equivalent work experience.
• Ability to travel up to 40% for business requirements.
• Proven success managing complex client relationships and presenting to senior business leaders.
