What you will do

• Lead cross-functional, site-wide process improvement initiatives and Lean standards.
• Direct capacity planning and production scaling initiatives to support business programs.
• Support PFMEA efforts in collaboration with design and manufacturing engineering teams.
• Resolve complex, cross-disciplinary production issues using Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Manage make/buy decisions and oversee supplier manufacturing readiness.
• Ensure strict adherence to AS9100, safety, and configuration control requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering.
• 7+ years of industrial, manufacturing, or process engineering experience.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification (Black Belt preferred).
• Proficiency in statistical analysis tools including SPC, process capability analysis, and DOE.
• Proven experience in management or supervision of other personnel.
• Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States via E-Verify.
