What you will do

• Develop production systems and working methods to achieve low production costs without compromising quality.
• Implement new technical solutions and assembly lines based on Lean principles.
• Execute process planning, develop production flows, and design layouts for current and new products.
• Coordinate Producibility Reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Serve as the primary technical link between the Swedish design team and the US production team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in aerostructures.
• U.S. citizenship, Permanent Resident (green card holder), or protected individual status.
• Ability to travel internationally.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
