What you will do

• Own manufacturing processes for multiple development and production products from end to end.
• Develop and refine scalable manufacturing processes to improve yield, cycle times, and quality.
• Implement Design for Manufacturability (DFM) strategies to optimize outcomes during the design phase.
• Lead the introduction of new equipment, tooling, and processes through rigorous testing and validation.
• Troubleshoot complex manufacturing issues and lead cross-functional teams to resolve nonconformance.
• Provide technical guidance to manufacturing staff and support team growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be able to lawfully access information and technology subject to US export controls.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Significant professional exposure to aerospace or defense industries.
• Proficiency in CAD software and strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Experience with MES, PLM, and ERP systems.
• Hands-on experience with advanced manufacturing techniques such as additive manufacturing or robotics.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent expertise.
• Familiarity with quality management systems like AS9100 or ISO 9001.
