Compensation: $180,000 – $390,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Partner with engineers and customers to build and ship AI agents for high-volume customer interactions.
• Discover, assess, and translate customer requirements into actionable product features.
• Present product demonstrations and act as a trusted technical advisor to customer stakeholders.
• Overcome technical business process challenges by collaborating with technical counterparts.
• Shape the product roadmap by scoping and implementing features essential for customer success.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in product development for highly technical products.
• Senior-level experience in Product Management or similar roles.
• Professional fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience tailoring messaging for executive-level stakeholders.
• Degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI product development.
• Coding experience with React, Typescript, or Go.
• MBA or equivalent business experience.
• Background in roles that interface directly with end customers to influence software development.
