What you will do

• Own and execute the AI and clinical intelligence product roadmap aligned with clinical goals and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with AI/ML engineers to translate clinical needs into technical specifications and features.
• Establish responsible AI frameworks, including evaluation criteria, human oversight, and safety monitoring.
• Build analytics and measurement frameworks to assess model performance and clinical effectiveness.
• Guide AI product initiatives through the full lifecycle from discovery to launch and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure solutions support evidence-based practices and patient safety.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience with a focus on AI/ML in healthcare or regulated industries.
• Strong technical understanding of AI/ML concepts including model evaluation, RAG, and AI guardrails.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards such as HIPAA and clinical decision support requirements.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and translating between technical, clinical, and executive audiences.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to define AI governance approaches in complex, safety-sensitive environments.

• Experience with behavioral health, mental health, or eating disorder treatment platforms.
• Background in clinical documentation AI or value-based care models.
