What you will do

• Monitor, verify, and document the proper operation of plant machinery and systems.
• Adjust equipment operating conditions including temperatures, pressure, water/oil levels, and conveyor systems.
• Maintain and support material handling systems to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Identify and immediately report safety hazards to the appropriate supervisor.
• Perform sampling of incoming materials for yield percentages and document findings.
• Execute general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of industrial, plant, or military experience with a high school diploma, or 1+ year with an associate degree.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Fairless Hills, PA.
• Ability to read and strictly follow operating manuals and standard operating procedures.
• Willingness and ability to work rotating shifts, including occasional Saturdays.
• Physical capability to work in conditions involving heat, dust, noise, smoke, and vibrations.

Nice to have

• Experience working in an Energy-from-Waste plant or similar industrial environment.
