Maintenance Technician 1

Location: Auburn, WA, United States; onsite, 1st shift, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Salary: $23.58–$32.04 per hour, with possible overtime, shift differential, call-in, and standby pay

What you will do

• Maintain and repair production machinery, computer systems, and facility equipment.
• Ensure proper operation of Cheshire machines, inkjet printers, and Alpha liners.
• Replace and repair parts, rebuild equipment, and align gears, shafts, pulleys, and belts.
• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnose electrical and mechanical malfunctions, and complete maintenance work orders.
• Track parts and equipment inventory and document preventive maintenance activities.
• Maintain clean work areas and follow safety procedures and changing OSHA regulations.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of related experience and prior electromechanical experience.
• Mechanical or electrical experience, with a technical degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to perform production equipment preventive maintenance and Level B and C equipment maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose equipment faults and malfunctions and use equipment and parts manuals.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and basic computer literacy.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop, climb, and routinely lift 40 lbs.
