What you will do

• Manage a team of sales professionals selling IGA solutions to the most strategic accounts in the TOLA region.
• Provide direct management to the Strategic sales team and matrix leadership to supporting functions.
• Establish structure and rigor across the sales process, specifically in pipeline management and forecasting.
• Develop and present comprehensive 12-month and 3-year business plans to regional leadership.
• Collaborate with marketing and partner teams to uncover white-space opportunities and new logo prospects.
• Ensure the sales pipeline maintains a 3x quota ratio.

Requirements

• Must be based in Texas, USA.
• At least 6 years of experience leading sales teams within high-growth SaaS or Cybersecurity organizations.
• Proven experience leading sales teams through a transition from on-premises to SaaS models.
• College degree or equivalent professional experience.
