What you will do

• Lead cross-functional projects to resolve quality problems and introduce new quality approaches across the factory.
• Manage quality control and assurance activities, including inspections, audits, and adherence to standards.
• Perform advanced data analysis using statistical techniques to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Mentor junior quality specialists and develop technical training on quality methodologies and best practices.
• Conduct root cause analysis for complex quality issues and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Manage customer expectations regarding quality-related needs and resolve issues within established guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality engineering, manufacturing, or high-tech hardware.
• Master's degree in electrical, manufacturing, industrial, mechatronics, or mechanical engineering, or a Bachelor's degree with extensive experience.
• Expertise in Statistical Process Control (SPC), risk management, and quality tools.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment wearing protective gear for the entire shift.
• Legally authorized to access controlled technology per United States Export Administration Regulations.
