Photo Process Engineer (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Bloomington, Minnesota, USA; onsite work in a fully gowned cleanroom environment

Salary: $110,000–$154,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and optimize ASML lithography processes to expand factory capacity and improve yield.
• Qualify new equipment and evaluate software and hardware upgrades for throughput, cost of ownership, and equipment capability.
• Perform experiments, analyze results, and make process recommendations.
• Create, maintain, and control ASML lithography recipes, including backup and modification procedures.
• Monitor and optimize advanced process control systems and establish data analysis standards.
• Collaborate with device engineering and technology development teams on new product introduction and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Optical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field.
• 5+ years of photolithography experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of SPC, Gage R&R, and Six Sigma methodology.
• Ability to work in a fully gowned cleanroom environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional cooperation.
• Technical writing, computer, problem-solving, organizational, and project-management skills.

• Experience creating automated scripts in any programming language.
• Experience managing multiple high-priority projects independently with limited oversight.
• Highly detail-oriented and self-disciplined approach.
