What you will do

• Design and develop equipment setups and complex test procedures for major power systems.
• Manage and direct local Test Technicians in daily activities and job assignments.
• Execute test validations, Factory Witness Tests, and customer equipment demonstrations.
• Collaborate with design engineering teams to ensure test data meets technical expectations.
• Perform instrumentation calibrations and troubleshoot product issues within the lab.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (thermal sciences emphasis preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in power management systems testing.
• Thorough knowledge of 3-Phase electrical circuits and digital/electronic circuitry.
• Ability to configure data acquisition systems and use standard electrical instruments.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship provided).
• Ability to read and interpret industry test standards and product schematics.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of LabView or hirify.global Power Management Products.
• Experience with safety certifications such as UL and CE.
• Proficiency in project management and A-CAD (Solidworks/CREO).
• Category B driving license.
