Salary: $89,210 – $133,810

What you will do

• Prepare test stations and chambers mechanically and electrically for test article installation.
• Install and remove test articles for battery, module, and pack development.
• Conduct electrical and mechanical checks to ensure safe and satisfactory equipment operation.
• Build, rework, and disassemble test articles for validation and development activities.
• Execute facility and infrastructure upgrades to enable new testing capabilities.
• Champion laboratory safety and contribute to standard documentation and process improvements.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite 5 days a week in Mossville, IL.
• Associates degree in a relevant technical field from an accredited curriculum.
• Professional work experience in a related laboratory or technical role.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
• Strong commitment to safety and high attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks within a project to accomplish goals.

Nice to have

• Experience with laboratory testing in electrical systems, specifically Li-Ion batteries.
• Extensive experience with hands-on high voltage electrical work.
• Ability to read, interpret, and update electrical schematics.
• Strong ownership mentality and demonstrated problem-solving skills.
