Semiconductor Maintenance Technician – Etch/Metals

What you will do

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in the Chandler Fab Metals/Etch equipment area.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, electronic, pneumatic, vacuum, and mechanical systems.
• Maintain Applied Materials, LAM, ULVAC, Gasonics, and Axcelis/Fusion equipment toolsets.
• Complete scheduled maintenance, consumable changes, and required documentation.
• Coordinate with internal and external groups to meet safety, performance, and reliability requirements.
• Train other personnel on relevant maintenance activities.

Requirements

• Specific knowledge of semiconductor maintenance job functions.
• Metals or Etch equipment maintenance experience is considered relevant.
• Understanding of SPC, 5S, and FDC systems, along with problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal form.
• Ability to stand for up to 12 hours, work in confined spaces, and lift or carry objects up to 50 pounds.
• Availability for compressed shifts, with day or night openings possible.

Nice to have

• AA, AS, or AAS degree in electronics or an industrial engineering-related discipline.
• Equivalent experience or military training may satisfy formal education requirements.
