What you will do

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on Etch and Metals toolsets, including Applied Materials, LAM, and ULVAC equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, electronic, pneumatic, vacuum, and mechanical systems.
• Execute consumable changes and other critical activities to ensure area success.
• Utilize SPC, 5s, and FDC systems to monitor and maintain tool performance.
• Collaborate with internal and external groups to satisfy safety, performance, and reliability requirements.
• Complete technical documentation and provide training to other team members.

Requirements

• Specific knowledge of semiconductor maintenance job functions, particularly with Metals or Etch equipment.
• AA, AS, or AAS degree in electronics or an industrial engineering-related discipline, or equivalent military training/experience.
• Ability to stand for up to 12 hours and physically perform tasks such as crawling in confined spaces and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Availability to work compressed shifts on either day or night rotations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
