Engineering Technician III (T3) 1st Shift (Semiconductor)

Location: Austin, Texas, United States; onsite, 1st shift

Salary: $25.00–$34.70 per hour

What you will do

• Perform routine to moderately complex design, testing, checkout, fabrication, modification, troubleshooting, and assembly of electronic and electro-mechanical systems.
• Test and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, subsystems, and components.
• Support new system and NPI installations, field upgrades, and rework resulting from testing.
• Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, vacuum, and process testing on hirify.global platforms.
• Work from schematics, diagrams, layouts, plans, and technical descriptions.
• Compile logbooks and test-procedure documentation and generate Quality Notifications.

Requirements

• Analytical skills and the ability to apply scientific methods to technical activities.
• Ability to recognize and solve typical problems using established procedures or scientific methods.
• Ability to communicate and exchange technical information.
• Ability to follow engineering and manufacturing documentation, safety standards, and operating procedures.
• Regular onsite work in Austin, Texas, is required.
