Equipment Maintenance Technician (Diffusion)

Location: 100% onsite in Palm Bay, Florida, United States

This is an ITAR role; candidates must be U.S. citizens or U.S. Persons.

What you will do

• Maintain and support diffusion equipment in a wafer fabrication facility.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose complex equipment problems and implement solutions.
• Install, operate, repair, and maintain electromechanical equipment.
• Diagnose, test, and repair equipment using electrical repair procedures.
• Apply SPC practices in the semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Work a compressed schedule with day or night shifts: three 12-hour days one week and four the next.

Requirements

• AS or AA in electrical, mechanical, or military training, or 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 5+ years supporting diffusion equipment, including Thermco TMX 9000/10000 and SVG VTR 6000/7000.
• At least 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing and equipment maintenance.
• Knowledge of pneumatic, vacuum, hydraulic, and robotic systems.
• Ability to interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving, written, and oral communication skills; ability to lift 40 lbs.
