Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado, United States; onsite in a specialized semiconductor manufacturing facility. Front Days shift: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday, 7:00 a.m.β7:12 p.m.
Hourly pay: $19β$27 per hour, plus restricted stock units and quarterly bonus payments.

What you will do
- Provide technical support for process engineering in the Etch/Strip area and help ensure equipment is qualified and ready for production.
- Respond to SPC failures, identify process excursions, contain and evaluate affected material, and disposition production holds.
- Troubleshoot out-of-control equipment and product issues, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Generate and document recipes, operating specifications, OCAP documents, reports, and real-time activity records.
- Collect, analyze, interpret, and summarize process data while supporting experiments for product transfers, process development, and continuous improvement.
- Perform equipment checks, qualifications, calibrations, operator training, mentoring, and production equipment operation.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; an Associate of Science degree or higher is desired, with relevant work experience accepted in lieu of education.
- Two or more years of experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment is desired, particularly in Etch and Strip process areas.
- Knowledge of Etch or Strip, metrology tools for thickness, step height, and particles, and scanning electron microscope operation and image interpretation.
- Basic understanding of SPC theory, practice, and implementation, plus the ability to apply probability, statistics, algebra, and data-analysis techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot product lots using process flows and process interactions, write technical documentation and specifications, and communicate observations clearly.
- Must be able to work in a clean room environment and lift, push, or pull approximately 25 pounds.
