What you will do

• Lead the delivery of large, high-impact initiatives across multiple teams and organizations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and senior leadership to develop product strategies, roadmaps, and detailed requirements.
• Apply data-driven technical judgment to assess risk, drive clarity, and ensure timely delivery.
• Define and optimize mechanisms for collaboration within the team and with cross-functional partners.
• Help develop the long-term technical strategy based on business goals.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA (Seattle, WA or New York, NY).
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of TPM experience working directly with software engineering teams.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design and executing technical roadmaps.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of project management experience covering scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk management.
• Experience defining and reporting KPIs/SLAs for multi-million dollar businesses to senior leadership.
