Salary: $148,700 – $221,300 annually

What you will do
- Lead the delivery of large, high-impact initiatives across multiple teams and organizations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and senior leadership to develop product strategies, roadmaps, and detailed requirements.
- Apply data-driven technical judgment to assess risk, drive clarity, and ensure timely delivery.
- Define and optimize mechanisms for collaboration within the team and with cross-functional partners.
- Help develop the long-term technical strategy based on business goals.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA (Seattle, WA or New York, NY).
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
- 3+ years of software development experience.
- 5+ years of TPM experience working directly with software engineering teams.
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams and coordinating release schedules.
- Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design and executing technical roadmaps.
Nice to have
- 5+ years of project management experience covering scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk management.
- Experience defining and reporting KPIs/SLAs for multi-million dollar businesses to senior leadership.
