What you will do

• Lead the Americas market intelligence function to guide site selection and capital deployment strategies.
• Track supply and demand dynamics, absorption, and competitor activity across AI data center markets.
• Maintain a multi-criteria scoring framework covering power, connectivity, water, tax incentives, and speed-to-power.
• Build and maintain GIS-based site analytics to identify and rank candidate sites against technical requirements.
• Develop dashboards and models to consolidate utility, real estate, and interconnection data.
• Manage relationships with brokers, utilities, and economic development agencies while mentoring junior team members.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in market intelligence, site selection, or infrastructure strategy.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Economics, Urban Planning, Geography/GIS, Finance, or Engineering.
• Must be based in Houston.
• Proficiency with GIS tools (ArcGIS or QGIS) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong command of power, interconnection, and real estate fundamentals driving data center siting.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% based on business needs.
