What you will do

  • Partner with Sales leadership to manage pipeline, forecasting, and QBRs using MEDDPPICC in Salesforce.
  • Create executive-level insights and presentations to communicate performance trends and the reasoning behind numbers.
  • Drive sales programs, pipeline generation campaigns, and regional enablement initiatives.
  • Optimize territories, account planning, and renewal tracking for US Financial Services accounts.
  • Coordinate pricing and deal structure reviews across Finance, Legal, and Product teams.
  • Manage cross-functional business operations projects and implement AI-enabled process automation.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in business or sales operations within a SaaS or enterprise software company.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Proven experience supporting enterprise SaaS sales teams; background in US Financial Services preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with MEDDPPICC or a comparable enterprise sales methodology.
  • Advanced skills in Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint; Tableau experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to lead executive-level presentations and facilitate discussions with senior leadership.
