What you will do

• Act as the primary system administrator for Yooz, managing supplier onboarding, approval workflows, and user roles.
• Support day-to-day SAP finance processes and perform complex data reconciliations between systems.
• Enforce strict financial controls over payments and supplier master data to maintain audit trails and mitigate fraud risks.
• Drive continuous improvement through system enhancements, software integrations, and process simplification across finance platforms.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience administering Yooz and supporting SAP within a live finance environment.
• Proven experience managing purchase-to-pay (P2P) processes and invoice workflows.
• Sharp analytical problem-solving skills to investigate data mismatches and interface errors.
• Must be based in or able to commute to the London office for hybrid work
• Clear, professional English communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Background in renewable energy, infrastructure, or investment management environments.
• Knowledge of segregation-of-duties frameworks and audit requirements.
