What you will do

• Partner with the CPO and HR Directors to align Workday and connected systems with business objectives.
• Own complex business-process configuration, condition rules, calculated fields, and the Workday security model.
• Design, build, and maintain integrations using Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, RaaS, and Workday Web Services API (SOAP/REST).
• Develop data flows between Workday and downstream systems (Finance, payroll, IAM) via middleware/iPaaS.
• Build advanced Workday reports and dashboards, using SQL and scripting for data integrity and analytics.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a small technical team, managing performance and resource allocation.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in HRIS, HR operations, and Workday support/configuration.
• Proficiency in Workday integration development: Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, RaaS, and SOAP/REST APIs.
• Technical skills in XSLT, MVEL, XML, JSON, and essential knowledge of SQL.
• Strong functional grounding in Workday HCM modules (HCM, Absence, Time Tracking).
• Experience partnering with HR leadership to drive system and user experience improvements.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.

Nice to have

• Experience with middleware/iPaaS tools such as Workato, MuleSoft, or Boomi.
• Familiarity with Workday Extend, Orchestrate, or Prism.
• Workday Pro certifications.
• Computer science or engineering background.
