What you will do

• Lead and manage end-to-end Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects.
• Conduct discovery workshops to analyze client finance processes and reporting requirements.
• Design and configure core financial functionality including General Ledger, AP/AR, and Fixed Assets.
• Deliver financial reporting, budgeting, and analytical solutions using tools like Power BI or Jet Reports.
• Support data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), and go-live execution.
• Provide end-user training and mentor junior consultants.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV solutions.
• Strong finance and accounting background in a consulting or systems role.
• Proven experience leading full project lifecycles including design, configuration, and testing.
• Proficiency in financial reporting platforms such as Jet Reports, Solver, Cosmos, or Power BI.
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in the UK.

Nice to have

• Professional finance qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, etc.).
• Experience with Continia Document Capture and Expense Management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Pre-sales experience including solution estimation and demonstrations.
