What you will do

• Develop and own the business systems strategy and multi-year roadmap aligned with commercial growth.
• Act as Product Owner for core applications including NetSuite ERP, Shopify Plus, and warehouse management systems.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives, including platform migrations, data warehouse implementation, and AI-enabled improvements.
• Define and enforce governance frameworks for SDLC, release management, and API standards.
• Manage strategic technology partnerships, vendor performance, and commercial agreements.
• Lead and develop the IT & Cybersecurity team while fostering cross-departmental collaboration.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Brighton, UK for a hybrid work arrangement.
• Significant experience leading business systems within a retail, fashion, or ecommerce organization.
• Extensive knowledge of NetSuite ERP and Shopify Plus.
• Proven experience managing middleware platforms like Patchworks and delivering enterprise technology projects.
• Strong understanding of systems architecture, integration standards, and data governance.
• Previous people leadership experience and ability to manage technology budgets.

Nice to have

• Experience leading ERP implementation or optimization projects.
• Background in implementing Data Warehouse or Business Intelligence solutions.
• Familiarity with AI and automation technologies in a retail context.
