Senior Manager, Technical Program Management (AI)

Location: Sunnyvale, California, United States; onsite at the Sunnyvale Home Office

Salary: $143,000–$286,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses and potential stock compensation.

What you will do

• Lead the planning and execution of large-scale technical programs.
• Define program goals, stage gates, critical paths, delivery plans, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Manage resource allocation, risks, mitigation plans, and issue resolution to maintain delivery momentum and quality.
• Lead AI transformation initiatives and shape technical program management best practices.
• Manage and mentor TPMs, improve repeatable processes, and implement automation to increase program efficiency.
• Communicate program progress, risks, priorities, and decisions to stakeholders and executives.

Requirements

• Extensive experience managing complex, large-scale technical initiatives, including planning, execution, and risk mitigation.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Technical expertise across software, hardware, cloud infrastructure, and service management frameworks.
• Systems thinking, analytical problem-solving, and a data-driven approach.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related area plus 6 years of relevant experience, or 8 years of relevant experience.

• Project management certification.
• Master's degree in business administration or a related specialization.
• Supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility practices.
