Team Lead, Wind O&M (Energy)

What you will do

• Oversee site maintenance and ensure all contractual requirements between project entities are met.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to schedule maintenance, repairs, and warranty work.
• Ensure facility compliance with OSHA, NERC, CAISO, and environmental regulations.
• Manage third-party service contractors and handle balance of plant duties, including substations and transmission lines.
• Maintain relationships with landowners, OEM operations, and interconnected utilities.
• Manage the facility's operating budget and maintain a 24/7 emergency response system.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in wind generation, plant maintenance, or related technical fields.
• Proven leadership experience.
• Must live within 1-1.5 hours of the site or be willing to relocate.
• Proficiency in CMMS systems (SAP) and general computer literacy.
• Knowledge of high voltage maintenance, switching, and safety standards like NFPA 70E.
• Ability to climb towers up to 400 feet and possess a valid driver's license.

• Experience with Vestas turbines.
• Equipment operator certification.
