Location: Must be permanently located in Romania. This is a hybrid role based in Bucharest.

What you will do

• Manage the annual renewal pipeline and reach out to customers to perform health checks and assessments.
• Drive revenue by retaining customers, upselling premium services, and identifying add-on opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Deal Desk, Legal, and Sales to prepare special terms and quotes.
• Assist customers with licensing transfers and support ticket escalations to ensure resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and hygiene in Salesforce to track all activities and forecasting.
• Meet daily and weekly SLAs while maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings.

Requirements

• English: Advanced proficiency required.
• Hebrew: Advanced proficiency required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven track record of overachieving sales quotas and KPIs.
• Experience in sales, account management, or renewals for enterprise-level accounts.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and ability to work in a fast-paced, semi-autonomous environment.
