What you will do

• Execute high-volume outbound sales to acquire new customers and land deals.
• Collaborate with channel partners, distributors, and sales engineers to co-sell and drive revenue.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to retain and expand existing accounts.
• Lead full sales cycle from discovery and technical validation to contract negotiation.
• Develop territory strategies to penetrate key accounts and build pipeline.
• Forecast accurately and overachieve quarterly targets while staying current on market and products.

Requirements

• Fluent English plus Hungarian or Romanian
• 1–2+ years in tech sales or business development; cybersecurity experience preferred
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in acquisition-focused roles
• Strong presentation skills to translate technical solutions into business value
• Self-motivated with hunter mentality and operational discipline
