What you will do

• Manage a high-volume portfolio of renewal opportunities to achieve quarterly sales goals.
• Proactively engage customers and channel partners 90–120 days before subscription expiry.
• Collaborate closely with field Account Executives and channel teams to secure timely orders.
• Identify churn risks early and escalate with proposed solutions to protect revenue.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene within Salesforce (SFDC).
• Identify and pursue cross-sell and natural expansion opportunities.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in renewals, sales, or account management, preferably within SaaS.
• Fluency in both German and English.
• Legal authorization to work in the jurisdiction where the position is posted (Romania).
• Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) or other CRM tools.
• Experience selling through and with channel partners in a team-selling environment.
• Strong organizational skills and experience with high-volume outbound activity.
