Location: Hybrid in Bucharest, Romania. Applicants must have legal authorization to work in Romania without employer sponsorship.

What you will do
- Manage a high-volume portfolio of renewal opportunities and achieve quarterly sales goals.
- Proactively engage customers and channel partners 90–120 days before contract expiry.
- Collaborate with field Account Executives (AEs) and channel teams to secure timely quotes and orders.
- Identify churn risks early and propose effective mitigation solutions.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene within Salesforce (SFDC).
- Identify and pursue cross-sell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in renewals, sales, or account management, preferably within the SaaS industry.
- Proven experience selling through and with channel partners in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) or similar CRM tools.
- Fluency in both French and English.
- Strong organizational skills and comfort with high-volume outbound activity (phone, email).
- Legal authorization to work in Romania.
