TL;DR
Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Managing a portfolio of existing accounts to ensure product adoption and customer satisfaction with an accent on account growth and relationship building. Focus on identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities and guiding customers through the product journey.
Location: Hybrid, Singapore. This position is NOT eligible for visa sponsorship.

What you will do
- Grow individual book of business within a portfolio of existing accounts.
- Serve as the single point of contact to identify and develop cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
- Proactively engage with accounts to ensure satisfaction and maximize product adoption.
- Analyze customer needs to present tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
- Document activities and forecast opportunities accurately using Salesforce.
Requirements
- Proven track record in achieving and maintaining sales targets.
- Extensive IT knowledge and consultative skills.
- Experience as an Account Manager owning a portfolio of accounts.
- Polished verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be based in Singapore or have valid work authorization; no visa sponsorship provided.
