TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Managing a portfolio of existing accounts to ensure product adoption and customer satisfaction with an accent on account growth and relationship building. Focus on identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities and guiding customers through the product journey.

Location: Hybrid, Singapore. This position is NOT eligible for visa sponsorship.

What you will do

  • Grow individual book of business within a portfolio of existing accounts.
  • Serve as the single point of contact to identify and develop cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
  • Proactively engage with accounts to ensure satisfaction and maximize product adoption.
  • Analyze customer needs to present tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Document activities and forecast opportunities accurately using Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in achieving and maintaining sales targets.
  • Extensive IT knowledge and consultative skills.
  • Experience as an Account Manager owning a portfolio of accounts.
  • Polished verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be based in Singapore or have valid work authorization; no visa sponsorship provided.
