Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, CA (two day in-office requirement: Tuesday & Wednesday)

Salary: $104,000 — $161,000 USD

What you will do

• Act as a strategic financial partner for the Auth0 Product & Developer Led Growth organization.
• Own the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy for controllable spend and key metrics based on operational performance.
• Prepare budget vs. actual variance analysis and other relevant reporting.
• Lead analysis of key drivers and metrics to drive operational efficiencies.
• Collaborate with the controllership organization on accruals and elements of the close process.
• Lead process and systems improvement projects to scale the company's growth.

Requirements

• 3+ years of FP&A experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Proficiency with FP&A systems; experience with Anaplan and Workday is a significant plus.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and strong PowerPoint/Slides skills.
• Excellent financial modeling and analysis skills.
• Must be based in San Francisco, CA.

Nice to have

• MBA, Big 4 accounting, or investment banking experience.
• Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Gemini) and implementing them into workflows.
• Prior experience in a high-growth software/SaaS organization.
