What you will do

• Lead the development of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans for infrastructure portfolios.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly financial reporting and deep-dive variance analysis.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of infrastructure and connectivity expenses.
• Review and reconcile vendor invoices against contract pricing, resolving billing discrepancies.
• Partner with technical teams to manage service inventory and coordinate Moves, Adds, Changes, and Disconnects (MACD).
• Maintain financial data integrity within SAP and related ERP systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT financial management, telecom/utility expense management, or general FP&A.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling and complex formulas.
• Proven experience working with SAP or similar enterprise ERP systems.
• Ability to present complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders and IT leadership.
• Must be located in or able to work in Oakland, CA.

Nice to have

• Strong knowledge of telecommunications/infrastructure contracting and carrier pricing.
• Experience developing dashboards and executive-level reporting for KPIs.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, independent environment.
