Salary: $180,370 — $212,200 USD (Annual base)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end data modeling for business domains using star/snowflake schemas to create a single source of truth.
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using dbt and Airflow within Snowflake or similar architectures.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Data Science teams to deliver data products that enable experimentation and business optimization.
• Develop scalable abstractions, Python packages, and internal data apps to increase organizational efficiency.
• Design and deliver actionable dashboards and visualization layers using Looker or Tableau.

Requirements

• 5+ years in analytics or data engineering with expertise in modular data models and production ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Advanced SQL proficiency for complex transformations and intermediate-to-advanced Python (OOP experience preferred).
• Production experience with modern data warehouses (Snowflake, Databricks) and version-controlled workflows (GitHub, CI/CD).
• Proven track record of delivering data solutions with measurable business impact.
• Experience with prompt engineering for LLMs (e.g., GPT) to optimize internal tooling and automation.
• Must be based in the USA or LATAM region.
