What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 15 logistics operators, fostering a culture of trust and accountability.
• Maintain end-to-end ownership of cleanroom logistics processes to ensure seamless material availability for production.
• Drive structured problem solving and process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis.
• Coordinate daily with planning, production, and engineering stakeholders to align priorities and escalate risks.
• Enforce strict cleanroom protocols, safety standards, and contamination controls.
• Manage team performance through KPIs, visual boards, and daily management routines.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or related fields.
• 5-10 years of team lead experience.
• Proven experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Ability to work in a 2-shift schedule, including rotating early/late shifts and weekends every 4 weeks.
• Capability to work partly in a cleanroom environment.
• Strong analytical mindset and resilience to perform under high pressure.
